SHIPPING WITH UAFRICA
MyMilkClub makes use of UAfrica for their fulfilment services. UAfrica represents a number of independent couriers and once your order has been placed MyMillkClub will determine the courier for the fulfilment of your order based on the required speed of delivery. We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible unless otherwise stipulated (as in the case of AutoMilk scheduled monthly deliveries).
Deliveries are door to door. Please make sure you indicate the correct delivery address in the shipping address section when you place your order.
Tip! Are you rarely at home? Let your order be delivered at work, with family or friends.
We offer flat shipping of R80 for all orders anywhere in South Africa.
DELIVERY TIME & PARTIAL DELIVERIES
We strive to deliver your order between 2-5 working days depending on where you are located. Unless you chose our AUTOMILK replenishment service, as per which you stipulated your preferred delivery week in a month (1-4 week of the month). We will then deliver your order within your specified week between Monday-Friday.
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. This way you can see exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
We do our utmost to deliver orders within the committed delivery time. When a delivery is delayed, we will notify you accordingly.
There are events we can’t predict such as national strikes and road closures that can affect couriers scheduled deliveries. In this instance, if you can’t get your order by the Friday in your chosen week for AutoMilk orders or within 2-5 working days for the once-off orders, we will communicate with you timeously.
NOT AVAILABLE ARTICLES
We aim to deliver all items ordered. If an article is not available, you will be notified by email. We will make sure that the order amount will be refunded to your account within two to three working days.
For AutoMilk orders will always hold sufficient stock to fulfil them and in the unforeseen event that suppliers are out of stock, which is outside of our control, we will notify you timeously so you can make alternative arrangements. We will then refund your unfulfilled order or a portion thereof.
